If you have an out of hours emergency of a critical nature (server down, server compromised, DOS attack, or network down) then you may contact the duty technician by calling 07982 976925. The matter will then be resolved, or escalated as appropriate.

Email and MSN

There are several different email addresses so that emails can be prioritised and processed appropriately. Please use the correct address. All customer communication should be to the sales address.

postmaster@keen2c.co.uk	to report technical faults with the network, servers, domain names or dns systems (inter-isp communication, not really for customer use)

Unsolicited commercial emails (UCE), spam, etc that are sent to the above addresses will be reported as spam to the ISP of the sender.

Correspondence and Deliveries

All correspondence should be sent to our head office in Colchester. (Address below.)

Mailing, sending, dropping off or delivering items to any of our addresses is not permitted without permission. Computers, hardware, software, or anything else other than paperwork that is sent to our addresses will not be signed for or accepted and you may be charged for their return. Please contact us for instructions.

Visiting

Please note that visits are by appointment only.

If you have a reason to visit, please call or email us in advance to make an appointment. Someone can then be available when you call. For security reasons, a visit to the London data centre will require at least 24 hours of notice.

Payments

All cheques / postal orders should be made payable to "Keen Computers" and must be sent to our head office in Colchester. (Address below.) Please do not send cash through the post. Small payments and initial deposits can be made using Paypal. For regular payments you can use internet banking or standing orders - please ask us for information you need.
